How Bloom was born

Bloom Fertility Agency supports intended parents on the path to parenthood – from the first consultation to travelling home.

The agency was founded by Dr. Mariam Gugushvili – a reproductive specialist with seven years of practice. Over the years she saw the same thing: the parents she helped were left to face the system alone – its limitations, bureaucracy and uncertainty – the moment they walked out of the clinic. She did not want to let them go into that uncertainty.

That is how Bloom was born. The idea: professional support where a single clinic's resources end – a second medical opinion, referral to the best doctor, connections with vetted donors and surrogates – always following the parents' wishes.

Medicine offers no guarantee. But the right choices – clinic, doctor, donor, programme – make a real difference to whether a longed-for child joins the family. Those choices are where Bloom takes responsibility.
