Every surrogate goes through a multi-stage selection process. Only those who meet strict medical and psychological criteria are accepted into the programme.

If the programme requires a donor – Bloom has its own database with detailed and video profiles, the first in Georgia. You can meet the donor via video before making your final choice.
What you need to know
The programme is open to couples and single individuals who need surrogacy support for medical or other reasons. At the first consultation we review your situation and advise which country and programme format suits you best.
A guaranteed surrogacy programme means unlimited embryo transfer attempts until pregnancy and birth are achieved. Many partner clinics offer this format. Exact terms depend on the clinic, your medical situation and chosen country. We select the programme to match your wishes at consultation.
We support programmes in Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Cyprus and Ukraine. The agency is based in Georgia. Availability of specific formats depends on each country's legislation and your situation.
Candidates go through medical and psychological screening and are added to our vetted database. We present suitable profiles based on your preferences – the final choice is always yours.
On average 14–20 months – from surrogate matching and preparation through to birth and travel documents. The exact timeline depends on the medical situation and how many protocols are needed.
Medicine offers no guarantee first time. We discuss the terms for further attempts in advance and rebuild the plan together with the doctor. You are never left to face this alone – your coordinator and reproductive specialist are with you every step of the way.
At the start – passports and medical records; the specific list depends on the country. We manage all legal aspects ourselves, including the contract, parental rights and travel documents for the child.
