Become an egg donor
Donation is a conscious choice to help a family welcome their long-awaited child.
Your story matters. That's why we want to get to know you better – so that you're the right fit for a family, and to ensure your peace of mind and the well-being of the future child.
Bloom is the first agency in Georgia with extended and video donor profiles.

Initial questionnaire
Fill in the form – it takes 5 minutes. We will be in touch within 48 hours. Everything below explains how the programme works.
How to become a donor
Application
Fill in the short form below – it takes 5 minutes and commits you to nothing.
Call & intro
Our coordinator gets in touch within 48 hours and honestly explains the programme.
Documents & questionnaire
We sign consent and the contract, then you complete the big questionnaire – out loud, whenever suits you.
Profile & cycle
We build your profile with photos and video. When a couple chooses you, screening and the cycle begin – at our expense.
How it all works
Voice questionnaire, not written
No need to type out a hundred questions. You answer out loud whenever it suits you, AI writes up your answers, and you review and edit them. The form in chat is just for a preview.
Screening – free of charge
The full medical screening is entirely covered by the agency. If the clinic is far away, part of the tests can be done locally – those costs are on us too.
Travel is covered
We cover flights and accommodation. The programme takes about two weeks, 21 days at most – it's also a chance to travel. Everything is set out in the contract.
Full support
A coordinator, a partner clinic and separate lawyers for you and for the intended parents. You are never left on your own at any stage.
Donor fee – from $1,000 to $5,000
- Depends on the partner clinic that invites you
- We ask what fee you want and never offer less
- You are free to decline any offer
- Flights and accommodation are covered separately
How we work with donors

Anonymity
You choose the format – anonymous or open donation. Your personal data is protected.
Full support
Medical screening, clinic coordination and legal processing – all handled by us.
Frequently asked
Does it hurt?+
Stimulation means daily injections with an insulin syringe, almost painless. Egg retrieval (puncture) is an outpatient procedure under light anaesthesia, 15–20 minutes, and you go home the same day. Afterwards there may be mild discomfort for a day or two.
How long does it take?+
Stimulation lasts about 10–12 days, with clinic visits every 2–3 days, followed by the retrieval. The whole trip is about two weeks, 21 days at most.
Who will see my questionnaire?+
The questionnaire is not public. Only responsible staff at partner clinics and intended parents who have signed a contract can see it. The public profile contains no phone number or contact details.
Will I have any parental rights over the child?+
No. Legally and in fact you have no parental rights or obligations regarding children born from your eggs. This is stated explicitly in the contract.
What if I don't know my blood type or something about my health?+
That's fine. You can mark «don't know» in the questionnaire – it won't block your application. Precise lab tests are done later, at the clinic, and at our expense.
How often can I donate, and how much is it?+
The fee is from $1,000 to $5,000 and depends on the partner clinic that invites you. We ask what fee you want and never offer less; you are free to decline. A repeat cycle is possible no earlier than 3 months after the previous one, so the body fully recovers.
